Our technicians are certified and trained to repair the following brands: Compaq, Dell, IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Packard Bell. In addition, we have a printer specialist to assist you with all of your printer problems. We provide warranty and non-warranty work for all PCs and printers. On-site service is available upon request. There is a minimum diagnostic fee for all work.

Note: Computer manufacturers do not warranty software issues, however our trained technicians can assist you at a nominal fee.

Items covered by warranty include:
  • defective motherboard
  • defective power unit
  • defective hard drive
  • defective monitor
  • defective CD-ROM drive
  • defective sound system
Items not covered by warranty include:
  • problems caused by lightning or other acts of God
  • problems caused by software
  • problems caused by viruses
  • improperly installed or missing drivers
  • problems caused by physical abuse
  • if no problem can be found
